Stuck on the hyperventilating ABC Green radio this morning, first, the just resigned Green leader Christine Milne “waffling about making sure the Abbott Government not disadvantage the poor, you know, because ‘climate change’ and spend more, not cut”. It was soul destroying crap, so I changed to another ABC channel and it was interviewing the new leader Dominic di Vitale who was ” “waffling about making sure the Abbott Government not disadvantage the poor, you know, because ‘climate change’ and spend more, not cut”.
Astonishing! God help us all. The hypocrisy of the ‘inner city elite’ is astounding. Nothing about changing welfare and education to lift people out of poverty, just spend more on useless, expensive wind turbines and the like, from which the higher electricity prices helps keeping the poor down. Christine Milne quits as leader of the Greens and is replaced by Richard Di Natale. Defence Minister Kevin Andrews comments:
“Does it really matter who will lead the freedom hating Greens? Their anti-family & community destroying policies remain.”
Their main agenda, the world must be kept below 2C rise in temperatures and only cutting CO2 can stop it. These people are the ‘new deniers’. Hypocrites like you’ve never seen before. Ignoring science that says CO2 is beneficially in so many ways, temperatures are not rising, and haven’t for almost 20 years, despite a continuing upward spiral in CO2 emissions. They would still call the world’s highest regarded scientists like Professors Dyson, Singer, Lindzen, Happer, Bengtsson, Michaels, Christy, Spencer, and many others, deniers. Instead, the ABC interviewed, and the Green ‘leaders’ agreed with, without any tough questions, climate quack, James Hansen. Thank goodness I missed that! Greens fever certainly hit the ABC 7.30’s Twitter account. The first shot: “BREAKING: Adam Bandt and Scott Ludlum (sic) elected co-deputy leaders.”
This was followed shortly thereafter by this: “CORRECTION: Larissa Waters and Adam Bandt elected deputy co-leaders.”
By this time, the powerful whiff of truth’s proximity must have been sending Aunty’s tweeter nostril-flaringly wild. So on the third go, by God, they got it right: “CORRECTION: Larissa Waters and Scott Ludlam elected co-deputy leaders.” Take a bow.
